Stopping unusual activity from random people

Today I recieved a lot of mails regarding change in status of the bugs of the project am working on.

I checked that this person is named ~braulioareis
At one glance he it looks like he is spamming and sometimes it looks like he is randomly trying out launchpad.

Here is a list of bugs he fiddles with

Is there anyway to stop such activities?

Hi,

I think you should first contact the user and ask him to stop. Direct him to use https://staging.launchpad.net or https://qastaging.launchpad.net to experiment.

If he continues let us know.
