I've just appointed the team after talking to Andrej on IRC.

The team description looks good and they've got guidelines.

One final thing: I see that the guidelines are pecific to Ubuntu. You might want to create a special set of guidelines, as applications translatable by Launchpad Translators might have nothing to do with Ubuntu - they might not even be for Linux.
