Please remove team ubuntu-hk-obsoleted

Please delete the old ubuntu-hk[2] loco team as it is duplicated elsewhere.

I'm CCing the current team owner[1], I'm on the LoCo Council[3], and was asked by abgalphabet to remove the team.

This is actually a duplicate of question 131562. The team could not be deleted until the super teams remove the team's membership. Now that this is done, I could delete the team, and the owner could also do this.
