Change my OpenId

Hello, I want to change my OpenID to https://launchpad.net/~lavrton.
I was trying delete and remake account, so I have two login mails: (<email address hidden> and <email address hidden>)
But when I am trying login with both mails, launchpad redirect me to same openID account (https://launchpad.net/~antoshachips-deactivatedaccount). Is it possible to permanently delete first mail?
