How to download a bzr branch without installing it?

I don't want to have to install bzr - won't be reused again.
But I would like to download the following repository http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~phw/picard/external-fingerprinting/files
Is there a site that will do the checkout and serve it as a zip file?

Or is there is a feature on launchpad.net to do this?
