Please delete project cardstories

Hi,

Could you please delete the project "cardstories" and all its related branches? We have had issues with the contractor that was developping it, and stopped working with them. As a result, we do not own the produced code anymore, and it is thus not free software.

Am I correct to assume I'll be able to recreate the project afterwards, to restart from scratch with another contractor?

I can deactivate the project, but only the branch owner can delete their branches. You can delete the branch for you project. After you have done that, I can deactivate the project.

Thanks - I've deleted the trunk, and asked the contractor to delete his own branch.

Just one question before asking you to deactivate the project - will it be possible to recreate it with the same name but with a blank state once it's deactivated? Or should I rather try to clean it up instead?

No, and yes. You cannot create a project with the same name as existing project, even it is it deactivated. I can rename cardstories to cardstories-old before I deactivate the project so that you can create a new project with the same name.

Thanks Curtis, sounds perfect. If you can rename cardstories to cardstories-old and deactivate it, it would be really helpful.

The contractor didn't deleted his repository yet though - hope that would still work ok.
