Need user ban from translations

At project https://translations.launchpad.net/stk , we are having trouble with user 386sky. He is submitting garbage translations from Google Translations in several languages which he obviously does not speak. Is there a possibility to block this particular user without having to restrict translation access and thus need to ask all of our other (good) translators to first request authorisation ?
