Project and group deletion request

Please delete https://launchpad.net/ubuntuadvance as it is hosted elsewhere now.

And while I am at it, please also delete https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-l10n-de-newbies since the team is obsolete and has a new name. We can not delete it because it always says something about »mailing list needs to be purged« while the mailing list was never used.

I deactivated the project and deleted the team.
