Please rename project 'rscds' to 'davical'

The DAViCal CalDAV Server was once called 'RSCDS', but most places have renamed it now. The package in Debian (and hence Ubuntu) is renamed, for example.

I renamed the project and added an alias for the old name so that offsite links continue to work.
