What to do if a "Fix Released" bug isn't really fixed?

Etiquette question: What is the appropriate course of action if I believe that a bug marked "Fix Released" isn't really fixed?

Post a new bug? Reopen the old bug? Contact the assignee for the old bug? Something else?

Hi Jobo,

I believe the best thing to do is to file a new bug, and perhaps add a
comment to the Fix Released bug pointing people to the new bug.
