I am having a team with more than 140 members but how to get translation stuffs

How to register a project and involve my team with it..
Could you register a project of Ubuntu with the translations ready for translation and bugs ;and transfer the administration post to me .....

Please be a bit more specific with your request. We are willing to help, but right now the question is a bit vague, and we cannot do much if we do not understand what the actual request is.

In addition, it would be useful to know such things as:

* Which project or application are you trying to translate?
* In which language?
* Are you a member of a translation team?

Yes i am a member of translation group , but my willing is to do the translation with my team..
I try to translate Ubuntu into all possible languages with my team members..

If you want to translate Ubuntu, then nothing needs to be set up. Ubuntu is already registered in Launchpad, and using it for translation.

The translators just need to be logged in to Launchpad. That's all they need to start translating: https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/

Of course it's also a good idea for translators to stay in touch with the Ubuntu translation teams for their respective languages.
