Done, with apologies for the delay.

You can avoid these delays in the future (as well as the trouble of uploading templates) by setting up branch synchronization. Then templates will be pulled in straight from your bzr branch.

If you don't keep your development branch in Launchpad, you can still have it mirrored in Launchpad so that a commit to a template in your own repository will still automatically make its way into Launchpad Translations.

I'll look into the automation... we're using git (github), hopefully we'll manage to sync with bzr on launchpad.
