Launchpad itself

Mailing list archives garble utf-8 mails.

I use ubuntu-l10n-te for our Telugu translation group. If I try to see archives at https://lists.launchpad.net/ubuntu-l10n-te/ , all the telugu text is garbled. I can see telugu text on elsewhere in the web
  http://<email address hidden>/msg00005.html
Please clean up archives display to support unicoded emails.

This is an issue with the monharc archiver. It is not integrated with Launchpad; it does not handle unicode as we designed Launchpad to.

Can you help with this problem?
