Please delete project "scplugin"

Please delete or deactivate project "scplugin."

I appear to have created it here, three years ago, by way of playing with Launchpad. The project is actually hosted, tracked, discussed, and generally just all managed elsewhere (http://scplugin.tigris.org). So far as I can see, there's no value in the Launchpad version (no bugs filed, no code, etc.), and I don't even seem to get any traffic into the Tigris project from Launchpad.

I am the Project Owner of both the Launchpad 'scplugin' and the Tigris 'scplugin'.
