Where Low German is spoken

Asked by sputnik

I recite the english Wikipedia: "Low German has been recognised by the Netherlands and by Germany (since 1999) as a regional language according to the European Charter for Regional or Minority Languages." Furthermore there are native speakers in Germany, The Netherlands, Brazil, The USA and Uruguay.

Thanks, I've updated our database, but I only listed Germany and Netherlands because we try to show only countries where language is officially spoken in.

Can you help with this problem?
