Irritating OpenID behaviour
firefox 3.6.10+build1+nob
Referer and else allowed.
Three subjects.
#1
Login works only from account page (overview).
When trying to login from e.g. answers page
https:/
then next page has a button [Continue], press the button, next page
https:/
shows text message:
This is the Launchpad login service, built on OpenID. The service enables you to use your Launchpad account to log into OpenID-enabled sites around the Internet.
This page is meant to be called from an OpenID-enabled site and therefore has no user-facing functions.
That's it, no way to go back to answers.
You need to reload the page from bookmarks.
#2
When logged in via account page and opening a bug report e.g.
https:/
No automatic login.
So click above on Login/Register, next page has a button [Continue], press the button, next page
https:/
shows text message:
Logged in as Sam - right hand sight button [Log Out]

No way to go back to bug report.
Reloading from bookmarks doesn't help.
Exception.
I have in my search engines 'Launchpad Ubuntu-Bugs'.
Search for bug number 64807, et voilà the page opens and I'm already logged in.
## btw. login from any page was possible before LP changed/updated the code.
#3
When logged in via account page, log out on the page and login again.
Next page
https:/
shows account data and
'Sites you last authenticated to'
the 'answers' page is never listed (nor the one from my account page)
https:/
But e.g. these are listed
https:/
http://
https:/
No what, how do get back to account page overview?
So, I load again my account page from bookmarks.
I'm not logged in automatically.
Click on login to get back to account page finally brings you back.
