Hello.

The question below and the bug report shows you have lost control of
your email account.

^ I have seen a few examples this year where Yahoo and Google users have
lost control of their email accounts via javascript In all three cases
the victim found a spam messages in their sent folder. Two users
reported that they discovered malware scripts in their browser cache.

We normally suspend accounts in this situation, but I believe that a few
days will pass before your account is used to attack Launchpad again. If
you can confirm that you have control of your account and purged your
browser cache and changed your passwords on your ISP and OS, I will not
suspend your Launchpad account.

BTW, why does not the above bug show up in https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/~soldierboy101st/+commentedbugs ?

I am forcing the status to open so that the admins can see there is a comment to delete.

A new spam comment from him popped up now in the same bug report: https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/evolution/+bug/66860/comments/47

But again, why do they not show up in +commentedbufs?

I can answer that myself :) It does not show closed bug reports by default, of course.

Did you contact the guy about it? There are new spam messages from him now.

Tormod, can you point me at the new spam messages?

They are in the same bug report as before! Maybe you should subscribe to that bug.

Ugh. Somehow I managed to completely not see them.
As for subscribing? I have something like 3000+ unread bug emails since my last purge a few weeks ago; subscribing would not significantly increase my changes of seeing spam emails in bug reports. :-)

I've suspended the account; and zotted those latest spams.

Cheers!
