Bugzilla watcher in unknown status

I added an bugzilla watcher to this issue:

however the status has never changed to match the changing upstream one:

https://bugzilla.mindrot.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1786

Is that expected?

I've reset the watch. Let's give it a day and see if this gets updated correctly now.
