I want to do a suggestion for Launchpad (I also couldn't find the "suggestions" page): It's hard for beginning programmers to find projects where aid is wanted, and you can't see all projects which haven't got a word yet on paper.

Some projects do make help wanted announcements, but there is not a way to search through all announcements to see them. There is an atom feed on Launchpad's front page that contains project annoucements (http://feeds.launchpad.net/announcements.atom). The feed is really the RDF content for https://launchpad.net/+announcements , but as I said, there is no way to search.
