I would like to convert the user exaile-tickets to a team so that multiple people can get notification of bugs.

Hey Adam, that bug was fixed, but unfortunately that account has already been claimed into a person (a non-team) account. Would you like to create a new team and use that email address as a replacement? We can do that switching around if you like.
