"Create package recipe" link missing

I'm trying to do a source build for https://code.launchpad.net/~leon.nardella/liferea/trunk, but I can't find the "Create package recipe" link ( as described in https://help.launchpad.net/Packaging/SourceBuilds/GettingStarted#Setting%20up%20the%20recipe%20in%20Launchpad ) .

Any ideas?

Well... Seems it's only available in the edge version of Launchpad, my bad.
