Rename project results-tracker to launchpad-results

Please rename the project results-tracker to launchpad-results and the related project results-tracker-buildout-dependencies to launchpad-results-dependencies. These two projects have only recently been created and have nothing attached to them such as mailing lists, branches, PPAs, etc. Thanks!

I have assigned this question to an admin because they have the power to rename a project to a blacklisted prefix.
