Launchpad itself

Rename project tcpstat -> tcpprocstat

Hello,

I would like to rename a project I have recently created, to avoid confusion. (tcpprocstat, instead of tcpstat). Is it possible to rename the project? If not, could you delete the project and I'll create the new one.
