Change project URL

I created a project named Ubuntu Minimal Desktop; I'm now renaming it to Minimal Desktop for Ubuntu. I've changed the project's name, can the URL be changed as well?

Additionally, I need the Drivers group renamed to just Minimal Desktop Drivers (since it has a mailing list, I can't do it).

I renamed the project. I think you can rename the team now that I purged the mailing list. If not, then I think we need to report a bug because now that the list is gone, there should be no impediment to renaming a team.
