How to delete a project?

I have registered a project named diplo - https://launchpad.net/diplo/ - which I decided to work on with the mercurial scm and on my own server, so I wanted to delete the entry here.
But I cannot delete it, I found now link to do this!

I've disabled the project for you. We're working on providing and interface for that, but in the meantime asking a question (as you did) is the best way to get this done.
