Unable to configure mailing list

I am an admin on ubuntu-l10n-te I would like to create a mailing list and configure it for the team to use. I was asked to contact admin, when I tried to configure the same by clicking Configure the mailing list.

I see this team had a mailing list. I purge it so that you can create a new list. I think the old list was removed because the Ubuntu community asks it's members to host its lists on lists.ubuntu.com. You are welcome to create a list, but you should take the Ubuntu's concerns in consideration. I think some Ubuntu teams have a launchpad list and and ubuntu list. The launchpad list is dedicated to launchpad issues.
