Doubts about translation teams

Hi Adriano,

For us to be able to give you a good answer, we need some more details:

* Which translation team have you created?
* Which project are you trying to translate?

There is no such thing as language experts in Launchpad. The way it
usually works is that projects create translation _groups_, which are a
container for translation teams, generally being one team per language.

Depending on the translation permissions the maintainers have chosen for
their project, it might be that only translation teams which are part of
a given translation group are allowed to submit translations (while
everyone can submit suggestions).

So depending on the project and its permissions, the solution to your
problem might be just asking the project maintainers to let your
translation team join the project's translation group.
