Create the 'canonical-multitouch' project group.

This is by request from oubiwann and sabdfl, who are sharing a very bad net connection.

Create a new, empty project group called 'canonical-multitouch'. The maintainer should be oubiwann. For any required description fields just use "Canonical Multitouch".

I can't create this group myself because it has 'canonical' in the name.
