Please rename virtkey project to python-virtkey

Hi,

I am doing some cleanup on the virtkey package that is hosted on launchpad. One of the points that also has to be cleaned is its naming: in fact, in some places it is called virtkey and in other places it is called python-virtkey, which is more accurate. With Chris, the main developer of the package, we decided to only use python-virtkey and consequently, I am trying to do the necessary changes.

However, after searching a bit around, it seems that only launchpad admins have the required privileges to do such name changes. Thus, could you please do the necessary changes? Moreover, I think it would also be good, if possible, to set up an alias with the old virtkey name that points to the new python-virtkey name.
