Need Review state wont change

The imports in josm project (https://translations.launchpad.net/josm/trunk/+imports) are stuck in need review state for almost 48 hours now. This is true for my imports as well as the imports of a chinese translator. Please fix that issue.

Reuploading did not change the issue.

The approver is messed up a bit (see bug #613821). We are landing a fix, but probably won't make it in before Monday. I'll try to work-around the problem for now, but I can't promise I'll do it.

I seem to have succeeded in working around it, but it will take a while for it to catch up with everything. To speed it up for you I've manuallly approved the template.
