Import problem in wordpress CKB

Hi everybody!
I need to import/ wordpress-ckb.po (from translate.wordpress.org) to our translation page in launchpad. but 've received twice import error:
""On 2010-07-31 12:53z (4 days 20 hours 19 minutes ago), you uploaded a
file with Kurdish (Sorani) (ckb) translations for wordpress in WordPress
3.0 in Launchpad.

We were unable to import it because either this file did not originate
in Launchpad, or you removed the tag we use to mark files exported from
Launchpad.

The reason we require that tag is to prevent translators who work
offline from inadvertently reverting translations made by others.

To fix the problem, please get the latest export from Launchpad, apply
your changes and upload the merged file.

Doesn't the upload page for the Sorani translation ask this question?

You have exported a PO file from Launchpad, worked on it off-line, and now you want to contribute your updates back. (More about updated translations)

( ) Imported translation
You want to upload a more recent translation from upstream release or from a source package. (More about imported translations)

If it does, make sure you pick the second option. The first one is for the case where you're uploading a file exported from Launchpad; the second case is for translations that come in from elsewhere (presumably upstream somewhere).
