request for creation of project group "blitzortung"

Hello,

as I would like to start some projects related to a german lightning location community project called "blitzortung", I ask for the creation of a project group called "blitzortung".

The project group will be the home of software components like

  * API library
  * measurement station software
  * server package
  * etc.

The project with the same name can be deleted or moved if needed.

I asked an admin to move the existing project out of the way so that I can create the project group.

I have moved the existing project to blitzortung-moved. Reassigning the ticket now.

I created the https://launchpad.net/blitzortung project group. You can add projects to this group by visiting each project and choosing the Change details link. Set "Part of" to "blitzortung".
