Please change the license of a project

Hello,

I have recently registered <https://launchpad.net/disttest>. After discussing with the upstream author, he decided to use the MIT license. Could you please set it?

Also, shouldn't community members be able to set attributes for projects owned by ~registry? Should I file a bug for this?

I fixed the license. I do want to permit community users to change projects owned by ~registry (bug #512383). I am still committed to doing this. I may need to do it after work since it does not appear to be important to Launchpad engineers as it was at the start of the year.

I fixed all the licenses owned by ~ registry when I review them. (more than 1000 fixes so far)
