Please rename ~openstack team to ~openstack-admins

If you could please rename ~openstack to ~openstack-admins and then make an ~openstack team owned by ~openstack-admins, that would be spectacular. Given our other project naming scheme, having ~openstack be admins is confusing people.

I've renamed the team. You should be able to create the new team yourself now.
