Launchpad itself

trouble registering project

I'm trying to register "swift" as a project. Unfortunately, I get an error about the name being in use. But when I go to launchpad.net/swift, I see nothing.

Am I just SOL?

The project name is taken by deactivated project. We can rename the project so that you can have swift.

Rename /swift to /swift-artur

While you're doing that, could you rename swift-files to swift and then it'll be all good.
