Please create a project for "Sysinfo", so it can be used for remote bugs

I want to use it for remote bugs in e.g. https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/sysinfo/+bug/525843

Didn't the "Also affects project..." wizard allow to create a new project on the fly?
Also I could not find a link on the LP.net homepage.

You can register a project from the launchad front page, and the affects project does permit you to register the project. The later way will prompt you to set the upstream bug tacker from a URL. The link to register a project is
