Register the Astronaut project group please.

Asked by ivaldes1

Please register Astronaut as a project group. This will encompass at least 3 sub-projects: VistA Installer Suite, Victory Programming Environment, m2web, SparqlFM and probably more in the future.

Do you control all these project? You must be the maintainer/owner of the sub projects. What is the summary and description of the proposed project group.

Thanks for the reply I am looking forward to this development moving forward. Yes I do control these projects. I have now registered: SparqlFM, m2web, Victory Programming Environment, Astronaut VistA Client Installer as well as renamed original to Astronaut VistA Server Installer. They are all a logical grouping with Astronaut. They all are designed to work with the Astronaut VistA Server Installer using yum apt-get on the server and to work seamlessly with the Windows client installer.

If there are any other questions, please let me know.

I cannot create a project group named https://launchpad.net/astronaut because you already have a project named astronaut. We need an admin to rename this project. Do you have a preferred name? Do you want the existing astronaut project deactivated?

Can I delete it and then reconstitute it later as another name after you've created the group? I know how to delete a series but I readily see how to delete a project. -- IV

I 'don't' readily see how to delete a project. -- IV

Projects cannot be deleted, that is why the project registration form states that registering a project will not help when requesting a project group. I will ask an admin to rename it, then pass the question make to me so that I can make your project group. I will deactivate the project too

Thanks for all the help and sorry for the confusion. I will need the project after it is renamed. astronaut-vista-servers would be a good rename if you can swing it? Thanks again. -- IV

I created <https://launchpad.net/astronaut>. You can add projects to this group by visiting each project and choosing the Change details link. Set "Part of" to "astronaut".

Can you help with this problem?
