More space please for mscore-ubuntu/mscore-stable

Hi there;

I've just hit the quota when uploading a new version of qt4-x11 to the musescore stable ppa. Qt version >=4.6 is required for the most recent versions of musescore, and I'd like to continue to provide prereleases to testers on Hardy, at their own risk, but this will require more than the current quota of 2 GB.

I am therefore requesting that the quota on the mscore-ubuntu/mscore-stable archive be increased to 3 GB.

I'd rather not increase the complexity for users by requiring a PPA dependency, and it's easier to maintain control over the limited set of affected packages this way.
