Appointing the "Ubuntu Walser Translators" team for Ubuntu Translation

After setting up the Launchpad translation, we also like to translate ubuntu.

Could you please add ubuntu-l10n-wae to Ubuntu Translators? The companion team in launchpad is lp-l10n-wae

Team information:
 * Add some brief information on the team's page. This should include:
 * A welcome note with the purpose of the team
 * A note on how to join the team
Links to the team's existing communication channels (e.g. mailing list, forums, IRC channel, wiki, etc)
