Kindly rename unused user account

Hi,
My lp id is https://launchpad.net/~vish.../
I tried to use the lp id https://launchpad.net/~vish , but it was taken by user Vishal

This has been a problem , since some of the bugs/blueprints that were intended to be assigned to me are being assigned to the other user and I sometimes dont get notified unless the assignee asks me about the status! :s

a couple of examples:
blueprint: https://blueprints.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+spec/design-m-papercuts
bug: https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/568819

I have tried contacting the user Vishal [sent mail via "contact this user"] but havent got any response. :(
The user has not been active on launchpad either [ https://launchpad.net/~vish/+karma ] and doesnt seem to be using the lp email id or might have just added lp to spam list. :(

My wiki id and irc nick are all "vish" but since the lp id is different others are having trouble finding me.
Kindly rename the inactive account and allow me to use the id "vish"
