Resetting password for launchpad and ubuntu.com

I'm trying to login to the ubuntu forms (http://ubuntuforums.org/) using my Launchpad ID, but I have forgotten my credentials.

Originally when I signed up for the account I had an email address of: anton <at> lauridsen {dot} info. Unfortunately I cannot access that mailbox any longer. I tried changing my email address on the contacts page (apparently with success) to anton {dot} lauridsen <at> gmail {dot} com. But that does not seem to have any effect, when using the "forgotten password option".

How can I reset my password?

Hello:

I see the gmail email account setup and set as your email account. You should be receiving the forgotten-email request being sent to your gmail.

Please try this again, as we had some issues with our authentication service (OpenID) that was fixed this week, it should work properly now.
