Mystery stuck build record

is "Needs building", but it's not getting built, even though there are empty builders.

This isn't affecting me personally, but I am curious about how that can happen, and whether it needs fixing.

It got fixed when I was at UDS. I think there's a bug in the code that will commit a transaction at the wrong place (because it's calling Popen) and we end up with inconsistent data when the buildd-manager is restarted mid-package-upload.

The good news is that this is getting fixed RSN, jelmer has a branch.
