Please fix subversion.conf on codeimports

Invalid line at line "398".

Failure: twisted.internet.error.ProcessTerminated: A process has ended with a probable error condition: process ended with exit code 1.

All imports from https://code.edge.launchpad.net/gcc are affected. Please fix that funky line #398 =)
