lp:parrot import failure

Hello,

I just noticed that the import of lp:parrot is failed a few times and the import is now suspended[1]. I am able to checkout the svn repo directly. Is this[2] a possible bug?

It seems to be working again now.

We had a fix pushed out that had unexpected consequences. I think we've got everything running again now.
