changing the Ubuntu cuban contact on launchpad

I'm on the LoCo Council, I've tried to contact the Ubuntu Cuban contact registered for the team and no response as has Adrian Perez. I'd like to change the contact to Adrian Perez https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-cu please
