I don't know if this is already on your radar ? Is there something i can do to fix it ?

Given the evil cscvs bizarreness of the , I registered (pending review) a bzr-svn import from the same URL:
https://code.edge.launchpad.net/~maxb/django/trunk-bzr-svn

That didn't work for mysterious reasons and so I reactivated the cscvs import (having fixed the issue in the mean time).
