New Ubuntu distro: questions

Hello !
I created a new distro ubuntu derivated.
The project is created from ubuntu 9.10 from Ubuntu mini remix and remastered in cd with reconstructor.
It's based on icewm and some applications very light.
Can i add it in a project ?
I want give it this name: Linux IceDragon, but i see this:

Can i give it this name or the name is blocked ?

Launchpad is not afficiates with that group in the email. No project is using the name "icedragon" so you are free to use the name.

I have solved !
I preferred new name: Linux IceMoon
The project is: https://launchpad.net/icemoon
Another question:
i have created it with UCK and the iso Ubuntu Mini Remix from:
http://www.crealabs.it/ubuntu-mini-remix/
Then also i haven't the source of the project :-D
And the license i have selected gpl2 !
Is it all right ?
