Please merge zephyr-clients and zephyr-server products

https://launchpad.net/zephyr-clients and https://launchpad.net/zephyr-server are not actually separate products. They are both part of the Zephyr messaging system <http://zephyr.1ts.org/>, which has a single source tarball and a single Debian/Ubuntu package.

The “zephyr” name is taken for an unrelated operating systems project, though I see no evidence that this project actually exists anymore. So maybe the old zephyr product should be deleted, and zephyr-clients and zephyr-server should be merged into a single product called zephyr.

Projects cannot be merged. I deactivated the zephyr-server and update zephyr-client. I agree that the current zephyr project has never produced any work. I will ask an admin to:
1. Rename zephyr to zephyr-os and deactivate it
2. Rename zephyr-client to zephyr

zephyr has been renamed to zephyr-os and deactivated.
zephyr-clients has been renamed to zephyr.
