Please rename uone-windows-installer project to ubuntuone-windows-installer

Hi!

Please rename https://edge.launchpad.net/uone-windows-installer to ubuntuone-windows-installer (this name is blacklisted so I cannot do it myself). Also, please set the branch visibility policy for this project to all public all the time (it has inherited private branches from the parent ubuntuone project, which it does not need).
