Why I failed to create my account?

I tried, 3 weeks ago, to create an account on lauchpad.net, with the email
alain.portal AT free DOT fr

As I got problem, I went on IRC to try to get help.
After some checks, I was told to report my problem on
https://forms.canonical.com/sso-support/

I reported my problem the same day (2010-04-02 22:00) but it seems there is
nobody behind this url as I get no answer.

7 days, I tried IRC again and kfogel told me "send <email address hidden>"
So, here is the report:

On wednesday, I tried to create an account on launchpad.net.
The first mail I received said:
"We've received a request to create a new account with your email address.
If this was you, perhaps you've forgotten your password?
    https://login.launchpad.net/+forgot_password"
I clicked the link, filled the required field, received another mail, clicked
the link, enter a new password and get the following error:
"Oops!
Sorry, something just went wrong in Launchpad Login Service.
We’ve recorded what happened, and we’ll fix it as soon as possible. Apologies
for the inconvenience.
(Error ID: 1553canistel123)"
I made several other tries since wednesday with the same fail.
This error ID is tonight.
It tried to get help tonight on IRC (#launchpad).
Somebody suggested me to make a try on login.ubuntu.com, where I get the same
error:
"Oops!
Sorry, something just went wrong in Ubuntu Single Sign On.
We’ve recorded what happened, and we’ll fix it as soon as possible. Apologies
for the inconvenience.
(Error ID: 1553carambola20)"
Tonight, phanatic tried to solve the problem but after a certain time, he told
me he couldn't solve because he couldn't access to the database and check or
modify my account status.
So he gave me this url to report my problem.
Can you solve it?

Now, there is an additional problem...
I try to add this email adress to an account I successful created
(<email address hidden>), hoping I will receive, in the 2 addresses,
mails from mailing list I was subscribed.
Of course, this don't work...

So, I wish also that address "<See whiteboard>" being removed from account
"<See whiteboard", this isn't possible from my account page.

As I get no answer to my previous requests, I went back on IRC tonight (2010-04-20 20:38:15) where I was told to open a question here, so, I do it...
